Purchase Order

Purchase Order is a commercial document and first official offer issued by a buyer to a seller, that indicates types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services. It is used to control the purchasing of products and services from external suppliers.

The Purchase Order module in Denali is part of the inventory control process. It integrates with Inventory and automates many inventory tasks, like automatic order generation.
