CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM
Program Overview – Our best sales leads come from satisfied customers. Cougar Mountain Software has created the Customer Referral Program to encourage customers to refer names of other businesses who may be looking for a new software solution.
As the referring customer, you will be paid a referral fee equal to 10% of the actual sale price of the software, net of any promotions or discounts. This includes maintenance plans and training. The referral must be made prior to the prospect contacting Cougar Mountain through existing corporate marketing or partner marketing, and they cannot be listed as an existing lead in our database.
The check will be mailed within 60 days after the sale closes, as long as the order has been paid in full and you are still a current customer. The 60-day period ensures the referred new customer is fully satisfied with their investment and gives them sufficient time to make full payment.
How Customer Can Get Started
When you identify a prospect for any Cougar Mountain product, please choose one of the following easy options to register the opportunity with us:
- Submit the referral online
- Call us at (800) 388-3038
- Fax a Lead Referral Form to (208) 375-4539. We’ve made it available in PDF format for you to print, complete and fax.
Once we qualify and accept the lead, the prospect will be assigned to a Cougar Mountain Account Executive who will recommend the appropriate product and service solution.
We will process referral payments monthly for any opportunity that was registered and closed under this program. To check the status of a referral or payment, please call your account executive at (800) 388-3038.
Note: Cougar Mountain reserves the right to modify or terminate the Customer Referral program without notice. Cougar Mountain products must be purchased within six months of the referral date to qualify for the referral fee.
