We are currently looking for an Application Developer with 3-5+ years of professional C++ experience. You must be detail-oriented, accurate, possess exceptional problem solving abilities and be able to work on a team while achieving individual goals.

Job Experience / Skills:

C++ 3-5+ years experience (Microsoft preferred), SQL Server, Crystal Reports and .NET are a HUGE plus. Client/Server experience is also preferred.

Qualifications:

• College degree in business with emphasis in accounting, CIS or finance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Impeccable communication skills including pleasant voice, perfect grammar, and professional presentation.
• Demonstrated pride in customer satisfaction and concern for customer needs and wants.
• Proven understanding and application of basic and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of personal computers, PC operating systems, network operating systems, and peripheral hardware.

Responsible for providing friendly, professional service to computer software customers. Responsible for maintaining an impeccable telephone image by using correct grammar; professional verbiage; a friendly, enthusiastic voice; and an attitude of genuine concern for customer well-being. Responsible for making customer service calls. Responsible for attending assigned training sessions, conducting self-study during approved times, and making every possible effort to learn diagnostic techniques, setup and functionality of software products, use of utilities and other corrective techniques for repairing problems with data and program files, and methods of optimizing and troubleshooting various computer operating systems. Responsible for providing accurate information to customers on a timely basis while paying close attention to detail. Attire: Casual business attire. Full time.
