Throughout our 34-year history, our products have matured based on changing market needs and new technology. In 1997, we introduced the CMS Professional accounting solution, which has served both you and our company very well. But after long and thoughtful consideration, it has become clear the end of life for this product is necessary. Older software is no longer supported on new operating systems and hardware, and that includes CMS Professional.
End of life dates:
CMS Professional 2016: support available through 1/31/17
CMS Professional 2017: support available through 9/1/17
We introduced Denali, our flagship product, in 2005, and in the intervening years established reliable, user-friendly software. With faster and more comprehensive product releases, Denali provides you with additional functionality, single-click updates, and many enhancements based on specific customer requests. The consolidation of our resources to focus solely on Denali will only improve our development and support efforts to provide you with the most capable accounting software to meet your needs.
We are confident once your accounting team researches Denali, you will see how quick and straightforward it is to convert from CMS Professional. Denali’s simple interface and ease-of-use has impressed many former Professional users. And to make the transition as stress-free as we can, installation appointments are based on your schedule and workday requirements. We also offer monthly payment options to best meet the needs of your budget.
We strive to make this a painless transition, and we understand that means different things to different customers. You will continue to have access to what we believe is the finest customer support and training available. With more than half of our current customer base now using Denali, we are hopeful Denali can be the solution for you as well.
