Windows Vista Business Support
In order to install and operate a Cougar Mountain Software product on a Windows® 7 Professional or Windows Vista Business Platform, the User Account Control (UAC) setting must be turned off for both installation and operation of our software products for:
- CMS Professional 2009 v.12.1 and higher —Windows Vista Business 32-bit only
- CMS Professional 2010 —Windows 7 Professional & Windows Vista Business 32-bit only
- Denali 2.6 and higher — Windows Vista Business 32-bit only.
- Denali 2.8 — Windows 7 Professional 32- and 64-bit.
For both CMS Professional and Denali product please refer to the Installation & Conversion Guide located on the Customer Service Site for instructions on disabling the UAC for both Windows 7 Professional & Windows Vista Business.
