Where individualized training is desired and our client-site training does not fit the scope of instruction desired, online training sessions assist you in learning about setup and use of Cougar Mountain solutions.
Technology now allows us to take phone-based training to the next level. While in phone conversation with us, it is possible to connect online through a broadband (cable, DSL or T1) Internet connection and either see a trainer's screen or share your own screen output with your instructor.
Being able to see the same screen turns your office into a mini-classroom and allows our trainers to give you specific training tailored to the way you use Cougar Mountain. Online training can be done either with an individual or with a small group in the office.
On-line Phone Training
On-line training facilitates smooth productive operation of your Cougar Mountain solution. By appointment our On-line training provides reliable, consistent training during normal business hours, Monday - Friday. You will also have access to our Cougar Mountain Software's Customer Service Center , our comprehensive online web support resource, which provides extensive product and support information.
