Additionally we will provide you with a Pre-installation Checklist (PDF download). This form will guide you through a list of system requirements, computer & server preparation, upgrade installation and final installation process preparation for you to perform prior to your installation appointment. We strongly encourage you to review and perform the Checklist so that you can maximize and devote your installation time solely to that purpose.

Important: CMS Professional software products (any version) will run effectively on a 32-bit OS only. We do not offer install services, support or diagnosis for clients running any CMS Professional software product (any version) on a 64-bit operating systems (OS).
This includes 64-bit operating systems that have the XPMode* ability.

On-site Networking Setup
If you don't have IT computer hardware people on staff, don't worry -- Cougar Mountain Software can get your accounting hardware set up and configured in no time. We can set up servers and workstations, and run the cable between the systems.
On-site POS Equipment Installation
Cougar Mountain Software can help you with installation at your retail site, setting up cash registers, servers, peripherals such as card readers, scanners and printers, and run cable between the systems.
