This service applies to all our customers who are on our latest CMS Professional or Denali release and subscribe to Software Assurance.

- A monthly sales report and .csv export (compatible with Excel) was developed that shows what was sold to each customer by dollar and quantity so that this CMS user could analyze and track his inventory to his sales.
- Rebate Tracking (adjusting item cost at sale and stock purchase) – Track your rebates from your vendors on inventory items after you pay and purchase them. Or if you need to reduce the costs of items when sold to reflect charge backs from your suppliers. This enhancement allows you to properly track and account for this and making your profit margin all the more accurate.
- Here’s a useful enhancement for those of you that have our Specialty Shop application – Add the multi-pack feature function to Order Entry now only available with our POS module.
- Paperless posting – save all postings electronically and automatically archive them in a spot you designate for easy reference.
- Various changes to Invoices, Statements, and other reports.
- Add logos to various reports.

What’s needed with every modification?
- Software Assurance. Software Assurance must be purchased for all custom software modifications which will allow for custom software modification defects and up to 2 upgrade enhancements to our product version upgrades each year.
