PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) and PA-DSS (Payment Application Data Security Standards) guidelines were established to ensure that organizations that process, transmit, or store credit card data do so securely. The credit/debit card data is not stored within any part of DENALI. Instead we have established a partnership with MerchantWARE® TransPort™ (which is PA-DSS validated) from Merchant Warehouse which handles and protects your customers' credit card data.

Question: How do I get a replacement DVD or manual?

Answer:
You can get new manuals to download on our Customer Service Site.  
 
If you want to order a replacement DVD, they are $100 for the most current version up to two versions back. Additional charges may apply for older versions or they may not be available. If you need to order a replacement, contact an Account Executive at 800.388.3038.
