Renee Galligher
Director of Program Management
Renee Galligher, Director of Program Management for Cougar Mountain, is responsible for assuring the timely delivery of Cougar Mountain products and services. As a PMP credential holder, she ensures both our company and our customers that our products hold desirable characteristics such as quality, safety, reliability and efficiency, by maintaining accreditation standards for ISO 9001 and ISO 17024. She is responsible for planning the product life cycle from inception to delivery as well as overseeing software quality for Cougar Mountain.
Galligher established the software quality assurance program for Cougar Mountain and is responsible for software, hardware and operating systems testing and the beta test program.
Galligher’s experience in systems training and the accounting software industry was instrumental in her establishment of a formalized testing department in 1995 soon after she joined Cougar Mountain.
Prior to joining the Cougar Mountain team, Galligher was the systems trainer for SBT Accounting Systems in San Rafael, California. She earned her Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in microcomputer applications.
