Kenny Wong
Director of Customer Support
As director of customer support, Kenny Wong is responsible for the support and satisfaction of external customers and internal departments.
Wong and his team of specialists strive to increase Cougar Mountain customer satisfaction and also conduct extensive product troubleshooting.
With Cougar Mountain since 1998, Wong started on the technical support team and moved to customer relations and marketing before taking on his current role in early 2005.
Wong has a strong financial background, having worked in commercial lending and credit and loan review for two of the largest banks in the western United States. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance and urban development from the University of Washington and in computer information systems from Boise State University. He earned an MBA from Saint Louis University.
An adjunct lecturer in the graduate school of business at Boise State University, Wong has authored articles in a variety of trade and academic journals.
