Payroll Reports |
| Payroll Reports: provide information for use by management in evaluating their employee policies and payroll costs. Two of these reports provide direct output for printing 941, W-2, and W-3 forms. Some reports, such as the Employee Earnings, Employee History, Quarterly Compensation, and Taxable Wage Reports supply information useful to both the employer and the employees. |

These reports let you see if you are staying within your budget projections. If not, early warnings provided by the reports allow you to decide what action must be taken to correct this over-budget situation before costs get out of hand. On the day you actually deliver paychecks, you can print this report for the required time frame and use the information it provides to complete the federal report. See "Print the Pre-posting EFTPS Report" for a pre-posting version of this report.
