Sales Reports
DENALI's Sales module contains a variety of reports—from those that help you evaluate your company’s profitability to reports that help identify your most successful salespeople and stock items. See sample reports at bottom of page.
Sales Transaction Report: View transactions by salesperson, department, register, or stock item.Cash/Credit Card Receipts Report: Shows the amount of revenue generated in cash, charge, and credit card sales for a specified range of invoices.Price Variance Report: Shows the base price, actual selling price, and the variances between them.Sales Tax Report: Contains a list of all available Sales Tax Codes, as well as the total sales, and the total tax collected.Profit Margin Report: Calculates profit using a variety of sort options.Coupon/Buy Down Report: Indicates which manufacturer coupons have been redeemed and how much you are due from various manufacturers.Promotional Sales Report: Allows you to view sales history information grouped by Promotion Code with subtotals for each code for the specified date range.Sales History Report: Provides extensive detail on posted Order Entry, and Point of Sale.Sales Labels: Lets you quickly print customer labels directly from the Sales module.Invoice/Receipt Tracking Report: Identifies missing invoice and/or receipt numbers for specified invoice/receipt and date ranges.Back Order Tracking Report: Identifies all or a specified range of back order invoices awaiting inventory.Back Order Fulfillment Report: Compares the inventory on hand to a specified range of back order invoices.Deposit Journal Report: Displays work order deposit history sorted either by work order number or invoice number.Gift Card Report: Displays gift card transactions sorted either by register/batch or salesperson.Layaway Reports: Shows all open invoices for layaways that meets the criteria you specify, whether by history, item, salesperson, register, delinquency, or schedule.

Profit Margin Report
The Profit Margin Report calculates profit using a variety of sort options.
Sales Back Order Fulfillment Report
The Back Order Fulfillment Report compares the inventory on hand to a specified range of back order invoices.
Sales Back Order Tracking
The Sales Back Order Tracking Report identifies all or a specified range of back order invoices awaiting inventory.
Sales by Department Report
The Sales By Department Report shows the invoices or sales by department for a specified range of invoices.
Sales by Item Report
The Sales by Item Report gives you a breakdown of transactions by stock item.
Sales by Register Report
The Sales By Register Report shows the invoices or sales by register for a specified range of invoices.
Sales by Salesperson Report
The Sales By Salesperson Report lists all sales for each salesperson, and includes stock item and price information.
Sales Cash/Credit Receipts Report
The Sales Cash Receipts and Sales Credit Card Receipts reports show the amount of revenue generated in cash, charge, and credit card sales for a specified range of invoices.

Sales Deposit Journal Lookup Report

The Sales History Report provides extensive detail on posted Order Entry, and Point of Sale.
Sales Invoice/Receipt Tracking Report
The Invoice/Receipt Tracking Report identifies missing invoice and/or receipt numbers for specified invoice/receipt and date ranges.
Sales Layaway Reports
The Sales Layaway Reports show all open invoices for layaways that meets the criteria you specify, whether by history, item, salesperson, register, delinquency, or schedule.
Sales Price Variance Report
The Price Variance Report shows the base price, actual selling price, and the variances between them.
