Chuck Gossett

Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Gossett came to Cougar Mountain Software in 2006 after serving multiple years on the Board of Directors and Treasurer for this Gossett family-owned business. Chuck assumed the role of President and CEO of Cougar Mountain Software on the heels of his father’s, Robert Gossett who retired in 2008.

Outside of Cougar Mountain, Chuck has been a local business owner for over three decades. He has owned and managed multiple businesses.

Chief Sales Officer

David Haworth, Chief Sales Officer, is responsible for growing the company's revenue and maintaining Cougar Mountain's market-leading position in the point of sale, payroll, accounting and nonprofit accounting software industry. Haworth oversees all aspects of sales including channel development, sales personnel recruiting and training, vertical market identification, sales strategy and support. Haworth has been managing the development of national award-winning sales teams for more than 20 years.

Before joining the Cougar Mountain team, Haworth held executive management positions within the technology industry including more than 10 years at Micron Technology and Micron PC. He received multiple national sales awards and grew his market into number-one revenue positions in the industry.

Haworth earned a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Boise State University.
