DENALI provides security options that you can set for each user or for a group of users. For example, you can set user rights that allow clerks to only enter transactions in Sales, but they cannot run financial reports in General Ledger. This level of security helps ensure your data is protected and only accessible to those individuals you choose.

To streamline assigning rights to the users you set up in DENALI, you can set up groups. Within the groups, add the specific individuals that you want to have the same rights and then assign the rights to the entire group. This allows you to quickly add or remove rights for several users in one easy step instead of modifying the rights for each individual user.
