Cougar Mountain's Accounts Receivable module is the best tool for tracking customer information-period. Once set up it allows you to retain a history of customer charges and payments, and the function to make notes regarding any specific transaction. The customer can then be looked up by name, customer number, phone number, or company name using the fast lookup functions.Taking these utilities a step further, you can even set restrictions or allowances within the system according to each customer profile. This means you can enact credit limits, or even note if a particular patron receives a private discount on certain products. No other module gives a clearer picture of the buying habits of your customers or where your business' money is coming from.
