Attach Documents to Master Records
| Easily attach documents to your master records for management and reference.
A great feature for those of you frustrated with all of the paperwork you have to shuffle through and files you have to keep. There are customers who provide you with resale/tax exempt certificates or employee garnishment papers (a new feature for Payroll). Now you can attach (or link) these documents and files to your master records from files on your computer for easy reference and access.
This feature applies to all modules that contain a master record – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Inventory, Job Cost and Payroll. |

Now you can process corporate credit cards with the assurance that you will receive the best processing rate available. |

- View descriptions of all sales in through a detailed Profit Margin Report.
- Use the F2 as a shortcut key to go to a New Invoice Number field in Order Entry.
- View the Shortcut Keys directly on the POS Entry Screen. They were always there, but now you can see them.

View Stock Unit Selling Price for Inventory Master
You no longer have to print a report to find out the unit cost of an item and its final selling price. If you use a margin or markup pricing type for any of your stock items, you can now view the price at which the inventory items were sold. |

Email PDF Reports and Invoices
Save time and money by converting your statements and invoices into PDFs using PDFBlaster. Included with CMS Professional 2009 is PDFBlaster Lite, a FREE and limited version that lets you email up to 30 documents over a rolling 30-day period. And if you like it, upgrading to the full version is easy by selecting the “Purchase/Upgrade” tab in the PDFBlaster Control Panel. |
