Cougar Mountain Purchase Order manages and tracks acquisitions from the initial purchase until the final payment is made. It automates inventory ordering by generating a purchase order based on your requirements. Purchase Order integrates with Accounts Payable, Inventory, Job Cost and General Ledger and automatically posts transactions when related changes are made in any of these areas.
Purchase orders can be automatically generated depending on demand, selected quantity on hand, minimum quantity and order quantity-and are protected by our security system settings which only allow authorized personnel (whom you specify) to access your purchase order records.
The Purchase Order module also includes features of use to nonprofits. This module includes a powerful encumbrance feature to help set aside funds for future expenditures.
