One highlight of the Order Entry module is the ability to complete single-screen entries. This allows users to enter all information pertaining to a sale on one transaction screen. The transaction screen is customizable and can include information specific to your business.
Also included are a number of reports that can magnify nearly any aspect of your business’ operations.
Some of the reports include:- Cash Receipts Report-determines the amount of revenue generated in cash or charges for a specified range of invoices.
- Invoice Tracking Report-identifies missing invoices for specified invoice and date ranges.
- Sales by salesperson report-lists all sales for each salesperson, and includes stock item and price information. The Paid Sales by Salesperson Report lists only paid sales.
- Sales History Report allows multiple ways to sort and filter data in order to provide you with the type of information needed to make informed decisions.
